Jiejie Zhu received the B.S. degree in Electronic Science and Technology from Xidian University, Xi’an, Shaanxi, China, in 2011, and earned the PhD. degree in Materials Physics and Chemistry from Xidian University in 2016.
He is currently a lecture with the School of Advanced Materials and Nanotechnology, Xidian University. His research interests include growth of oxide and nitride thin films by plasma enhanced atomic layer deposition, fabrication and characterization of III-N devices.
